Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Great service. Kind folks at Ft. Myers Trek repaired my bike immediately upon walking into the shop. They identified the issue and fixed it right away. I thought I would need to leave the bike for a few days but they did the work immediately while I waiting. Friendly guys too. I appreciate their kindness and help getting me back on the road so quickly.

We rely on Trek for all maintenance on both bicycles. The staff is extremely competent and has done all required repairs as well as doing routine maintenance per their recommended schedule. One of the bikes is 2006 Trek with over 26,000 miles and it looks great and operates like new. The team is super.
I've owned a Trek F3 for a few years and is a very good product. I recently purchased 'tubeless' tires at the Vero Beach shop. The staff was informative and responsive to my questions. Likewise, the install was done on time, so i appreciate it.
My only concern was the cost of the product and services, which I thought was high. I need to better understand the Trek approach. Thanx, again.
