I walked into the Trek Bike store in Coconut Point with an old bike that needed repairs. By the time I listened to what needed to happen, I realized I'd be better off with another used, but in much better shape, bike. Ryan was able to point me to a much better price for not much more than it would have cost to fix up the old one. I'm very happy about my new, used, bike.
Tony did an exceptional job explaining the principle working factors of the EV Townie - we are so delighted with our new bikes.

I took my bike in as the back tire needed to be repaired. Monica retrieved the bike from the SUV, fixed it right away and carried it back to the SUV. What excellent customer service. This was the first time I ever used Trek and now I would highly recommend them.
Quick turnaround and friendly service
My first visit to this TREK store, I live closer to the Sunrise/US1 store in Fort Lauderdale, but visited the Pompano
Beach TREK store with the guidance that servicing my TREK FX S4 could be completed with in a week instead of 3 weeks.
That was the case as Store manager/owner Giacomo Gamble. All good, it was a $500+ overhaul on a bike with more than 10,000 miles since the last major service. It was completed within the expected time (and the front bearing assembly was not in stock), and with brake pad in store discount. I am back on the road, the FX S4 is feeling good again. I am. off to north Florida soon to ride some rails to trails pathways!
