We purchased an electric trike for my elderly father. He loves this bike and rides it every day. We really like that they provide a pick up service when needed as his bike is too large for us to transport ourselves. After a recent service, the bike was still not operating correctly and I called about it. An emloyee came to pick it up. He rode the bike around, experienced the problem himself, took it back and they kept it until it was fixed. I really appreciate this good customer service.

The products are reliable. The associates appear knowledgeable about offerings of products. The atmosphere is pleasant in the showroom. The quantity and attitude of the associates was adequate. Cons: Pricing, but everything in general has gotten out-of-hand in the last three years.

Very high-quality bikes with equally great service at the Trek Fort Myers store! Simple problems (flat tires, gear adjustment, etc.) are always handled when I come into the store. I love the quality of Trek bikes and happy we have a local store for accessories and great service! The Trek Customer Service Personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, and expert technicians. I couldn't see myself going anywhere else.
My back bike wheel all of a sudden became very wobbly. Also, I needed to replace the front tire as the tread had worned down. Trek was able to service both concerns quickly and for a reasonable price.
I recently had a fantastic experience at the your shop and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the process of choosing a new bike that was perfect for my needs. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my purchase.
