Joel helped me when I arrived. I needed a flat tire fixed and also a new bike seat. He was friendly, professional and very informative! He made sure I was satisfied with the height of the new seat and even adjusted my handle bar. Joel is definitely an asset for the Trek Store!!

Have been a customer for over 10 years, using the Cape Coral store exclusively. The staff is always very professional, excellent on repairs and priced competitively. Recently worked with the sales team on purchasing a full carbon road bike and 2 e-bikes. A great experience and I highly recommend them for your biking needs

Chadwick provided excellent service in finding remedy to my SL 7 Tubeless tires. He managed to seal the tire has preventing any annoying loss of air pressure

Always courteous and attentive when you open the front door to the store on East Sunrise Blvd. Never any complaint, they always answer all my questions. Also, they go beyond to help you...i.e. helping me when my tube caused one of those weird bumps in the tire...no charge and they fixed it in 4 minutes.
