Ralph, Scott & Zak are awesome to work with. They do not use high pressure sales tactics when you are looking at the bikes. They give you their input on what they see with the different bikes. They built my confidence in them so much I have purchased 5 bikes in the last 3 months. Also had a blow out on my MTB and brought it in hoping to get it fixed ASAP as my grandson was visiting for only a few days and wanted to spend as much time riding as possible. They fixed it right away and I was able to get back out on the trail the same day. I love dealing with professionals in their craft. They are not salesman, they are guys who love to bike and they just get to do the thing they love for a living.

I always have great service on my bicycle. Giacamo is a great mechanic. I trust him in servicing my bicycle and changing out my tires. He even helped me change the cleats on my shoes when I could not remove the screws from my old cleats. I would not take my bike anywhere else!

I had taken my bicycle to another shop and they only addressed one of many issues. When I came to Trek, John went over the bike thoroughly while I was there, gave an estimate and let me know which parts needed to be ordered. The repairs were completed in a reasonable time and the bike looks and rides like it’s brand new.

I've been going to the same Trek shop for four years now, primarily for tune-ups but also to buy some things (e.g. a new bicycle, a mirror, a rack...). I especially like the quality of the people who work there because of their courteous service and the expertise they put into bicycle maintenance. My one complaint: that the shop doesn't have more products in the physical store.

The recent service on my flat tire was above and beyound. The technician assessed and adjusted other components of my bike with no charge. The repairs were done professionally.
