Went to the store looking to buy a new bike. The staff person was very helpful, and knowledgeable, and I was on my way home with the new bike in about 20 minutes. We’ve also had bikes serviced at this store and always a great experience.

Store was very light on clothing, accessories, etc. inventory. Perhaps due to being late March in SW Florida, but inventory replenishment ball got dropped.
I also have used my local Trek store to provide info via displays or bulletin boards on local bike clubs, recommended routes with maps Not sure I saw anything there at all. In other stores, techs and sales people often lead these rides, which can recruit future customers.
I came in a few minutes after they open, after my cat tore into my tire and tube, jack was able to not only fix my bike, but also help me buy a new helmet and Lock, and a new comfortable seat for the bike.
It was so quickly done, I was in and out with in 10ish minutes.
