Quality products, as well as personable and competent sales staff. When recently struggling with a decision regarding a new saddle and its significant cost, I was reassurd by Jade (store manager) that Trek allows a trial period… if you’re not satisfied, you return the item and get your money refunded!
By the way… my new “Selle Royal” saddle was worth every penny! Following a recent century ride, it was a butt saver!
