I purchased my trek bike from you years ago and I repurposed it from my grandson that’s in college in Orlando and ride his bike from the dorm to the classes. The bike had sat for about 10 years and I had your company install new tires inner tubes a new front rim and make total adjustments on it which were needed And the bike seems to be in tiptop shape.

from Rafael; he ensured my new Madone SL7 Gen 8 was properly fitted to include, seat adjustment, plumbing my knee and adjusting my cleats.
I had complained about recent knee pain; I had only rode my Madone twice, Rafael ensure my fit was dialed in better to SL7 Gen 8 was to alleviate knee pain.
Joe did a good job when I came in to purchase a seat post.He is knowledgeable and gave me clear instructions on the installation.
