Sean consistently is a friendly & super knowledgeable presence at Naperville Trek! I was building up a new bike, and ran into an issue. I brought it into Trek Naperville, and Sean was able to fix my headset issue within a few minutes. No upsell…just speedy honest service. Great shop!
Guys were great from start to finish. I’m still new to cycling so they explained the test fit process, were incredibly thorough and engaged and answered all my 101 questions in simple language. Bought bike at Downers store with indication service could easily be arranged at Naperville store. However, every time I go to Naperville store I’m told the “systems” between stores are not linked and they have no info on my bike purchase. 1) systems should interface based on current technology 2) staff should understand this is a problem and communicate honestly prior to sale.

We got friendly, professional advice and service from Adam. He knew the product and was helpful in ordering the color and model that we needed. When it arrived, we got the call promptly. This will be the fourth Trek bicycle I’ve owned; they’ve all been of high build quality and dependable. I’m sure this new ebike will be great.
