What do you like about our products and services?

You have been my LBS since you opened. Your service guys are great. I love that, when I bring a bike in with an issue, you'll take a look right then to see if you can fix it quickly while I wait so I don't have to drop the bike off. With bigger repairs, you finish the work within a few days and it is done correctly. Bonus that everyone is so friendly when I come in. It's a great combo of a big-name corporate store (competitive pricing, good selection) with the attitude of a locally-owned bike shop.

I have enjoyed excellent sales and service from Trek in Downers for over twenty years….back when it was American Bicycle and fitness. Welcoming, knowledgeable and well stocked. My 2007 Trek Madone, or my 1998 Cannondale touring bike or my 1954 Raleigh DL-1 Sports….for maintenance I go to Trek!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

There was nothing wrong with the actual work performed on my bike. In fact it was pretty darn good. It was your staff’s treatment of me when I went to your store. I haven’t been to your store in years. I went there once and never again.
I remember your staff acted like I was bothering them for being there. There general tone of answering questions wasn’t great. Sometimes they just plain ignored what I was saying. And this was not just one person. This is for all the staff that I came in contact with. The people aren’t happy there.
Unfortunately for your store, that has been true for all the people I talked to in reference to your store.
I have since bought more bikes and I made sure I never went to your store.
The quality of the work is good but I’ll never go into that store again.

What do you like about our products and services?

Amazing bikes…have had mine for almost 10 years, which I love…beautifully built, with perfect color…but even more so, the repair shop technicians who once in a while perform work on my bike for”this and that, and that and this”are the real heroes.
They are always quick to fix any issues I have met them for and are courteous and attentive to my requests. They are the heroes that keep my bike going.

What could we do to improve?

I'd prefer an email or text after dropping off my bike for repairs. It stresses me out a little just leaving it without any communication for a week.
