love the knowledge and the whole staff is super friendly and helpful.
The store is nice and the staff was friendly enough. I was not asked to buy any accessories AKA a kick stand or a water bottle station. I have never purchased a bike and the bike was a gift to my husband. I was not aware that I needed to buy a kickstand. The Trek wasnt cheap and I should've been asked if I wanted any accessories.

Great products and great customer service.
In nearly 10 years taking my Boone 5, which I bought from them as well, in for service, they have generally underpromised and overdelivered on the time to service my bike. They also charge reasonable prices for their work. I have to drive a bit further but it has been worth it.

Helpful clerks that guide you to the right helmet. She knew all the differences between the helmets.

These folks are the Bomb…whether you want to talk triathlon …bike racing… or just casual riding they can speak it all with great knowledge.
