Friendly and helpful service. I purchased a new bike and this sales person recommended key products without being pushy.
The Trek staff is always knowledgeable and eager to answer all of my questions. This is the 6th bike purchase I've made in the last 5 years in this store and I will use them going forward.
First of all, everyone is kind and extremely patient. The people that work there are also very knowledgeable and if able, fix your bike right on the spot while you wait. So happy to have Trek in my neighborhood!

The staff was absolutely amazing. I walked in there and they remembered my name and it was my second time in 5-6 weeks. I wish I remembered the name of the lady that helped me though. My anxiety was through the roof (big purchases stress me out). The lady is a triathlete, and she was super helpful. Give her a raise! Shes a rockstar!

This store has an excellent staff, and exceeded expectations by calling me earlier than expected to pick up my bike.
Little upset, that we needed a tune up for my wife's bike that I bought about a year previously for a Christmas present, she barely road it the first summer and we did not use our free tune up at that time as why would it need it for barley any miles put on. So when we took it in the charge was $125 and they did not even consider giving a break from not even using the first one.
From a customer service standpoint very disappointed. Great product just not satisfying the customer.

The staff is amazing! Able to change a post on my handle bars quickly and after tested it so I was able to adjust to the changes.
