I'm just distraught that they new guy Danny was able to bead my GT5000 tire so quickly and I could not do it sitting on a park bench with a flat tire.

I think the service shop is the best in the area. I had a Giant trail bike that needed work. The department had on staff a mechanic who knew the bike and fixed it better than new, IMHO.
