The techs are knowledgeable and explain things well.
I loved that when I bought my bike, I was taught about all its features and given demos on how to use it and it’s features. This one on one time with an expert helped me understand all the intricacies of me new bike and I will be able to enjoy it more because of this. The young man with blond hair was so nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

The sales guys we dealt with were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Also, took a 50% deposit on our order of two bicycles rather than 100% up front. I'd rate a "10" if they'd wear masks or "I've Been Vaxxed" buttons -- would like to see the store take Covid a little more seriously. PS. Overall, I wish Trek offered more color choices on bicycles, their standard colors are really bland.
