I liked that your shop had bikes to purchase and I did not have to wait a year. I like that you offered accessories and installed them for free. 30 day exchange if bike does not work out. Mentioned about a tool to check the chain, which helps avoid costly repairs.

1. Have appointments for repairs in addition to walk-in.
2. possibly have someone whose sole duty is to check-in bikes for repair so it is a no-wait situation instead of having to wait for the tech to help check-in.
Ordered a bike for my granddaughter remotely (I live in Virginia Beach). My daughter picked it up as planned. Great service.
