Great service each time I have taken my bike to Sweet Pete's. Knowledgable people working there, able to make good recommendations, with both product knowledge and personal experience. Recently buying new wheels, I felt no pressure or upselling etc. just honest recommendations and information.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They will take the time to discuss any issues with my bike and are always willing to explain the work done on the bike. Additionally, Sweet Pete's has always been clear on setting up drop off times and are very good at keeping their estimated dates for completing the work.

Real professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Service was great and work was done on time and correctly, but when I asked a staff person for information about a purchase I was considering, they told me to email my request. The store wasn't busy and I'd rather speak with someone instead of sending an email but I will give their process a try.

In general, the experience is pretty good at sweet Pete’s. But one issue stood out at my last visit.

I came in to ask whether the service dept. had the axle bit from my wife’s bike that she had brought in previously for service (we noticed it was gone when she brought it home). They found it and gave it back. I was surprised that there was no “sorry we forgot to put it back on the bike”. It was annoying and a waste of our time to have to come back to get it.
