I ordered a good lock from Sweet Pete's - the price was competitive - there was a postal strike in Canada - they delivered it by hand (an employee cycled to my house!)
The staff at SP are the most helpful and knowledgeable than all other bike shops in the city

Did an online order. Order was prepared quickly and the associate was great in getting the order and making sure the helmet fit.
The online customer service rep made a huge difference. I had ordered a wrong item and instead of just cancelling the order, they found the correct item I was looking for, which I was unable to find online.
