Excellent customer service, had the tool I needed
Ordered a Cento Alu basket and made two trips, one before confirmation email of arrival so had to go back to store. This much I understand. But I had loads to transport this weekend, including when I arrived for pick up and no one could take 10 minutes to install the basket for me. I get that you are really busy, but I was right in front of you, picking up a purchase I could have ordered elsewhere. We are all making concessions in these awful times. Would have been nice had you helped me out. Seriously, 10 minutes for a customer in front of you would not have robbed anyone of their repairs or purchases.
The basket is awesome, awesome! I have a lot if respect for cycle folks. I just don’t think this was the right call - COVID19 or not. 🙁

The wrong model was ordered even though I selected a specific bike thru your website. I ended up taking it, but no concession was offered for the mistake and I missed out on that excited feeling I was expecting to have when you get your new bike! Even a sorry, here’s a free bike bell or a free tune up or something would have been good for the mistake made.

I consistently go to the Annex location ... Adam is my favourite mechanic ! Even though I’m without my bike for usually under 24 hours it’s all good. I’ve always been happy with the level of service provided and the staff are nice enough to take a look at my bike if there are any issues post tune up. But usually there aren’t any issues. Thanks as always !

It’s been multiple weeks, and the wrong items were sent to me in error, along with another customer’s private information. I assume someone else received mine.
Can't say there was anything special with my experience other than a few items i had not seen elsewhere.
Really enjoyed the amazing customer service (Brent was super quick with email responses to my questions). The item I needed was in stock very quickly and was easy to pick up and pay for during COVID.

Great inventory and range of products available but most importantly Pete was extremely responsive and helpful with great product suggestions. The entire end to end experience, from the great online website to the finalization of sale using the curb side pickup service was fantastic.
