The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and co-operative!
i brought a bike in to have it boxed for transport on a plane. After the work was done I realized I had brought in the wrong bike. The staff - especially the service person - was extremely supportive in resolving the problem. He was able to box the correct bike in a very short time period (so it could go on the plane) and they were very kind in charging me for the whole exercise, including re-assembling the first bike.
I could not have asked for better service, and will definitely recommend Sweet Pete's on any occasion.
