The item description was wrong - brake rotors that shipped with a different lock ring to that listed. I needed the listed lock ring, the one shipped won't fit on my bike. I contacted the bike shop and they shipped the proper lock rings the same - that's great that they did that and I appreciate it, but it adds another week to the time for me to get a usable product, and some hassle. Also, while helping me out, the response from the bike shop was that "that is what Shimano ships, and Shimano makes the content for our website". But I shopped on Sweet Pete's website, and I ordered a product from Sweet Pete's Bike shop, to be told that someone else is responsible for what is advertised and what is shipped is not confidence inspiring. I do appreciate that you sent me the right part quickly, but the listing on your website hasn't been updated even though you know it is wrong. This doesn't encourage me to buy more stuff from you since I'm not confident I will get what is listed.
Great pricing on everything, fast shipping, and who can complain about free shipping over $100! Ill be purchasing from here again in the future.

The website description of my bike said it includes peddles, but I didn't receive them with my bike, which was a bit disappointing. I would have liked a bit more education on sizing and what to look for

During my actual pickup, I felt a little rushed by the front desk. It was a huge sale, and very busy for employees, so I understand the time constraint.
Bottom line, I highly recommend this place, especially the location at 1204 Bloor St. West.
