My first time at Sweet Pete’s, the staff - Mitchell and Andrew - were incredibly welcoming and helpful, setting me up with pedals, shoes, cleats and a basic fitting on my new road bike purchased elsewhere. They took time to fit me properly and answer any questions I had. It was overall a fantastic experience and I will go to this store for any future biking needs or services. 10/10.

This is the 2nd bike I bought at Sweet Pete's and I love your service. I would have loved it even more if your service plan lasted 2 years (which is what my local bike shop offers and where I normally go for full price items). Alas, the closeout price was great and I was sold!

I had my bike repaired in October and have not had any problems with it since. It was done well.
Adam is my favourite mechanic in the whole city ! He's funny, kind, personable and knows everything. He figured out this mystery problem i had this summer with my bike that the other Sweet Pete's technicians couldn't solve. More recently he fixed my flat tire and was thoughtful enough to put the punctured part of the tire near the valve so that I could keep an eye on it while pumping it up. I always recommend Sweet Pete's (B side) to all my bike commuter friends. I don't bother going anywhere else :) Thanks again !
