Spent lots of time on the phone with me discussing options for my daughter. They then brought a couple of bikes in from their other store for my daughter to look at. Spent even more time with us in the store, installed all the accessories we chose and delivered it ahead of schedule! Competitive pricing as well!

Friendly and approachable staff, especially during this difficult time in our community. Everyone is very helpful, and I have always been impressed with the communication level (I’ve brought my bike for tune ups annually for three years now) and timely service. Hey I bought your 29er 100m travel 30mm offset which is wrong as it comes with a 150mm for 29er not 30mm other then that its 100% what I need for my oldschool kona, arrived superfast even in these thought times
Good variety of quality components. Easy to navigate website. In fact I had bought the First Giro Mips helmet from another store in person. I found their website cumbersome and confusing. so I tried Sweet Petes site and found it much more user friendly.
