Great response over email. Reasonable wait times. Knowledgeable staff. Also very impressed with COVID-19 procedures - 1 customer inside at a time, sanitizing pay terminal, distanced staff from customers (although staff could distance from one another a bit better), roped off entryway in store, etc.
Really helpful service, trustworthy and fast. Emma was especially helpful with my bike service, really approachable and kind, I often find mechanics to be rude and full of an attitude of " I know everything about bikes and you know nothing". Emma was exactly the opposite of this helpful and kind. Owen and Brent were very helpful getting my bike in and out under weird pandemic times. Give your staff a raise they are doing really great work!

Not disappointed at all. Ordered pedals and socks, and they arrived just fine. Got good prices on what I ordered. But normally I can't afford the prices at SP and use some of the big online UK shops. I feel crappy about that, but parts are so much cheaper onlne. But I spend a lot at my LBS on shop services. And I would only buy a bike in Canada. Anyway, all I'm saying is I use online parts shopping only when stuff is pretty steeply discounted.
I had called to ask for advice on a certain bike and got good information. I subsequently purchased the bike online three days later at a great price on 2019 clearance. I picked up the bike at the agreed day/time and all was ready and as per spec. Great service and price. The covid policy of was person in the store at the front table was great to see. Well done!!!
This was the biggest purchase of my life and I felt like just a number. Not what I expected from a bike shop that is supposed to be the best one in the city. I get that you're busy because of COVID but to rush me out with out even setting up my seat with the gears not functioning properly is not a great feeling. In addition to that I had to hunt you down for a confirmation of purchase and then there was an issue picking it and not having my ID or visa when no where did it state I needed those thing for pick up. The bike, helmet and lock are all in great condition and I'm impressed you were able to stick to the date you had mentioned in our email. I hate to be nit picky as I also work in customer service, but I do want to provide honest feedback to help you think about where improvements can be made.
I'm sure given another situation things would be different, but you're making hand over fist money right now in a time business are struggling which left me thinking there must a better way of doing things.

The kid's bike trade-up program made it really appealing to buy a better quality bike for my daughter. Then the amazing follow-up service after I'd ordered made me feel like a valued customer.
Fantastic online shopping experience. Item shipped quickly and accurately. For comparison I ordered some other items (not in stock at Sweet Pete's) on the same day I placed this order. The other shop hasnt even taken the funds yet. Will definitely order from Sweet Pete's again
