Product selection is good and staff is very friendly
Even during a pandemic, they kept up communication, and were quicker than I could have expected with my tune up turnaround. I wasn't even sure they could salvage my bike, I had prepared to maybe have to send her to the scrapyard but I was able to ride her home 10k right after picking her up and she rode beautifully! I couldn't believe the price as well, very reasonable and worthwhile to save my bike! Thank you, you are in fair and professional hands at Sweet Pete's!
I found this online and decided to give it a try. All went well. I will remember Pete's bike shop and will try to visit if ever I go to Toronto.
Great customer service!! I'm sure I drove them nuts with my requests and changes and they were always happy to accommodate. I'll be back for more gear!
The fact that when I took my bike to Urbane and Curbside multiple time for a gear hub issue and both shops couldn't even diagnose the problem was let alone fixing it. It took Sweet Pete's only 2 days to have it fixed plus providing sound advice on how to maintain a gear hub. I'm sold, this is the only bike shop I'll ever go to and recommending to people.

Brent was above and beyond of what I expected to see from a store manager. He was very knowledgeable, patient, respectful, passionate, friendly and welcoming. The extraordinary service I received from Brent made me a lifetime customer of them. I will come back to this store for all my bike checkups and future purchases for all my children. And of course Rob was another reason that makes Sweet Pete's bike shop the best place to buy your bike. I sent a dozen of emails to Rob and he answered to each one of them with passion.
