Sweets Pete stock is probably the best in the GTA and Toronto
Everything was great, price, deliver turn time (up there with amazon).

We are great fans of Sweet Pete’s. They helped me recover my stolen bike. Our whole family has bought bikes there. The service is terrific. I ride an e-bike and they really understand the technology.

The website had reasonably good description of the products and the service was effective.
I wanted to but BB7 brake pads. When I typed in the search box. A picture of BB7 pads shows up, under it the caption says BB7 pads. I click to buy them. BUT a different kind are ordered. So now I have to go all the way to your store to return them. Or just waste the money and throw them out. The 8 score is only because you have done well in the past. Please fix the website.. It does this for many items. other store sites do not.

You need to hire someone to answer your phones or at minimum, respond within the hour to emails. As I mentioned on your Facebook a few weeks ago, I have a very frustrating experience because I couldn't get through and at the time via the Google search for your website, there was easy to find information on how else to contact you (I see know it has been made much more prominent). Contact through email is way too slow.
I brought in my bike on Friday, the 14th to get it tuned up and was told it would be done by the end of day Saturday. However, I never got the message it was ready because for some reason the email saying so went to my spam folder (which I only discovered Sunday afternoon). And I couldn't get through on the phone when I tried to get some information. I emailed instead to find out the status but only got a response today (Monday afternoon). So had I not discovered the email in my spam folder, my only other recourse would have been to yet again go down to the store in person just to get basic information. That's a very poor customer experience, on par with the likes of Bell or Rogers. So in the past I would have recommended Sweet Pete's but right now I'm using your services because you are the closest bike shop to my house, and I'm trying to give you a little slack. However, COVID is not going away anytime soon, so this lack of communication needs to be rectified longer term.

Not very customer friendly
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable - making sure that I do not spend too much money on a bike that is not 100% great for me :) The tuning was very quick, and I love how everything works now on my bike.
Despite Covid related difficulties, the staff got back to me quickly

to many items on the website say in warehouse 5-14days items that should generally be in stock. where is this warehouse Calgary? shouldn't take that long
