Wide variety of items in stock (even during COVID time where other shops are experiencing shortages). Good value.
I would to have tested the bike first and have it adjusted to my size.
Purchased my bike there in 2014, and have been back to get it serviced regularly. Always great work, or they will correct it! Great staff!
More component selection would be nice
Worked with Rob West to find the right bike for us in these challenging times when stock is almost non-existent.
He took the time to listen to us and offered sound advice when it came to sizing and brand.
Within a week, the bike that was right for us appeared in stock and we bought it without hesitation.
Rob had the bike ready and delivered to our home ahead of the long weekend, so my son could enjoy his new bike while the weather is still decent.

Order was refunded and no explanation given. Was waiting for the shipment to come in when noticed a week later that payment was refunded without any notice.
Staff was helpful and understanding but the glitches on the website reporting stock when there was none led to disappointment.

Even though the lock I bought did not work for me your staff facilitated the exchange with ease. You even helped me combine features ( I bought the original kryptonite lock with extension chain ) and you helped me achieve the same result with a different ( better ) lock.

Friendly staff, clear statements about what is and what is not available, prices, etc. The Trek Checkpoint ALR5 was the second bike we purchased from your store, the first was a Trek e-bike in the summer of 2018.
I’ve been told that your staff don’t work off commission which makes me trust them more.
