Brent Last name removed and your inventory manager get huge Huge HUGE shout outs from me - their customer service was not only professional and friendly - I could tell they went above and beyond in their emails to me. No other bike shop was this friendly or prompt with their service - which is particularly nice during such stressful times.
You literally made my bikes dreams come true - I am riding in the Ride to Conquer Cancer this year - as part of a team for a dear friend of mine, my sons god father, who recently pass this July - he is a Toronto Fire Fighter and devoted husband, father and friend to us all. I am so proud to be riding along my best friend and his wife, to support this cause.
This bike purchase was so meaningful, for so many reasons!

Always friendly & helpful, offering advice without ever feeling like a product or service is being pushed.
The availability and quick shipping.
It said it would take 2-3 days for the product to begin to be shipped on the site so it wasn't a disappointment or anything, but obviously things being packaged and sent out faster would be an improvement! Having an express shipping option would be cool too.

Knowledgeable, helpful and engaged staff; and great customer service. Brent provided valuable advice, insight, and recommendations. He was responsive and solution-oriented. I had been to three other bike shops before going to Sweet Pete's in search of a suitable e-bike. Staff at the other bike shops were only going through the motions. I left Sweet Pete's feeling comfortable and confident in my choice. The 30 day return policy is added insurance.
