Most of the experience purchasing the bike was fantastic. but when we went to pick it up the guy in the store made no effort to adjust the seat of the bike or provide any sort of an overview of the features. Nobody was in the store so not sure what was up.
Staff are knowledgeable, helpful, patient. Quick lead time from online purchase to pickup. Appreciated advice on frame size.

Took a long time to ship (I did have items in the warehouse but did not know there would be a wait time untill after ordering). For what i ordered it wasnt a big deal but a faster turn around, or knowing before ordering, would be nicer.
By comparison I ordered an item from a Vancover bike shop on the same day and time and got that order a 3 days before yours. I'm in Ottawa.

Had an amazing experience there. I had been told previously that I couldn’t do a typical back rack because my bike has a V brake but they found the right part and installed it for me. They give very personalized and thoughtful service.

Brought the bike in for rear disc pads to be replaced. After, found out the levers were pulled without the disc being between them (pads), air bubbles let in (Amateur mistake). This should have been checked before returning the bike. Not making me go to another store to have the brakes bled to rectify the problem.

I thought that Brent @ Sweet Pete’s did an amazing job of helping me choose the right bike for the terrain I was going to be riding. He also went way out of his way to contact the manufacturer to help me get my hands on model and size that I was after. I selected a 2021 Kona Honzo and absolutely love this bike. I would highly recommend both the shop, Brent and Kona Bikes! I work in sales myself and highly value a good customer buying experience. In this case it was excellent!

Follow up was great once I ordered the bike and pick up was seamless. With COVID and having to email questions it was tough getting information and discussing different bike options.
First time buying from your shop, and online as well. I normally like to try things on, however Ian Wood was very helpful and quick to respond so I feel confident that if there is any issue, I'm sure it will get resolved.
