Brent was above and beyond of what I expected to see from a store manager. He was very knowledgeable, patient, respectful, passionate, friendly and welcoming. The extraordinary service I received from Brent made me a lifetime customer of them. I will come back to this store for all my bike checkups and future purchases for all my children. And of course Rob was another reason that makes Sweet Pete's bike shop the best place to buy your bike. I sent a dozen of emails to Rob and he answered to each one of them with passion. Always available to answer to all my questions and when I went to the store, he assisted me with all my needs and beyond. Thank you Brent and Rob from the bottom of my heart. Sue

Our 10 yr old son had his heart set on a bike but later became very anxious about the purchase to the point he lost sleep over it. They were were very understanding and gave us a full refund without any hassle. We hope to come back in the spring if our son overcomes his anxiety.

I like the honesty and straight forward nature of the salespersons. Moreover, the prices are reasonable and they did good work on my bike. I brought in an absolutely garbage bike and they fixed it up, even throwing in extra things where they could to complement my ride. Really appreciate their work and would recommend going there if you need your bike fixed or any quick repairs.
Emma did a great job scheduling my service and your mechanics are, well, mechanics. You should have someone else at each store who can help customers with small purchases I am sure it can be done safely and efficiently.

Although there were some misunderstanding, and miscommunication, Sweet Pete's were very attentive to the situation, even through these trying times. They took care of me to my satisfaction. Very professional and very caring towards their customers. I would definitely go back, even though I'm from north of the city with many bike shops near by.
