Great staff, super friendly and patient. They have a great stock of apparel and parts, really the most well-rounded shop in Toronto. Really good brands too.

No one answers emails on weekends regarding booking service appointments. There could be more appointments and the turn-around time could be shorter.

I live in Labrador and Sweet Pete’s is the closest bike shop I could find that sells Ergon products and ships for free.
I love the products I ordered for my mtb and I’m also happy with the shipping time. Given my address and the state of the world right now, I think that two weeks from the warehouse to my P.O. Box is a win.

Honestly it’s very hard to interact with this business. Phones don’t get answered. Emails are slow. Information isn’t on the site that is the most up to date.
During a pandemic where so much is in flux the onus is on the business to communicate what is being offered and how it’s being offered
