What could we do to improve?

Have more clear instructions for where to wait outside when a queue forms.
Larger signage and not just a letter sized poster on door.
Someone from inside come to get next person in line so we don’t have to guess when yo come in because sometimes it looks busy inside but people are waiting for work to be done

I rated a 6 because you had the part I needed at full MSRP. Not especially convenient. Nothing unusual in service. But nothing wrong either, just no strong reason to recommend.

We were very pleased with your prompt response to our request for two Trek ebikes. Staff were very accommodating when we arrived at the store for a test ride with very short notice . Very happy with our bikes.
