when i placed my order, i felt i had selected “in stock” items...here i am, 3 follow-up emails/over a month waiting and filling out a survey while my items haven’t shipped yet. i understand the covid-19 being an outlier, however am still disappoted as i have had direct communication with employees about my products, uet again no product.
I had good curbside service for my order. Sweet Pete's had the bike lock I needed and my order only took a day or two to complete. Plus it's locally owned.
