I ordered a tool as my boyfriend's Christmas present 4 days ago and it arrived today. Very impressed of the fast delivery and the quality of the product. 100% would recomend to anyone looking for a good service and quality!
First off, I ordered 2 items several days ago and, according to my records, the shipment occurred on the very last day of the shipment window. Secondly, I don't have the goods yet and you are asking me how the experience was? Sucks not having the items especially as I am leaving to go into self-quarantine for the holidays with my out-of-town children so I will not have these items "under the tree." And I paid $14 in shipping to not get these items.
I realize you can stand being your automated estimates, it is a Christmas rush, etc., but you asked how I feel.
So to answer your question ("what can we do to make things right"), refund my shipping fee.
We were able to get some useful product information over the phone which helped us decide between products. Ordering was easy and email notifications were clear. Pickup was smooth and pleasantly carried out.

I thought I'd submitted my online order but I hadn't. I received an email (automated, I assume) from your website asking if I'd meant to submit it. So thanks for making that happen because that would have been disappointing otherwise. Guy at the shop where I picked it up was efficient and friendly.
