great shop, great service despite the challenges of the pandemic. Very happy to actually have my email answered, compared to other bike shops in the city this is fairly rare. I appreciate these are difficult times - so thank you for your help.

To be honest I thought it was a little pricy. But one thing that really stood out in the wrong way was that my bike wasn’t cleaned. I thought for that price a cleaning would be included, but when i received my bike it looked the same as it did when I brought in. I can’t remember if cleaning was on the list of things included in the tune up, but I know that places I’ve gone to before it’s just standard.

Hard to tell - all I did was buy a trainer tire ;-) But the online shopping tool worked well / was very responsive & clear, an the staff at pickup were helpful and 'covid-careful', which I appreciated.
