Hard to tell - all I did was buy a trainer tire ;-) But the online shopping tool worked well / was very responsive & clear, an the staff at pickup were helpful and 'covid-careful', which I appreciated.

Not sure if I would recommend you yet since I haven't received the products! I ordered Nov 6 (19 days ago) and the last shipment notice said it wouldn't be expected until Dec 1. Disappointed it's taking so long especially since I was expecting it to take at most 4-10 business days.
