I called to purchase a helmet for a my brother in law who lives in Toronto. I spent a good 20 minutes on the call with the very helpful person taking down all my details, address, credit card details, posting address, email.
I expected the order to be placed and to receive an email. After one week of no communication I called back. The new person said none of my details were logged, that it would not be possible to take an international credit card (AMEX) and that I needed to find someone with a Canadian Credit Card.
I was frustrated but agreed to do that and I said I would call back. He then said that it would not be possible to make the purchase over the phone. I literally told the guy how difficult it was to buy from your company.
He told me that by going the website I would just be ordering from a machine as opposed to a human.
I went to the website to ordered the helmet, I ordered them most expensive Giro model and what do you know, the website accepts international credits cards, not only that, it accepted international debit cards!
I would not recommend your service to other people.

When I placed my order for curb side pick up I was told that I would receive an email when my order was ready but I never received an email. I tried calling and emailing about my order but never got a response.
So, I just showed up at the store a week after I placed my order and it was there... but the people at the store couldn’t find it at first.
I love your shop but this was not a great experience.
Excellent service, quick delivery and very friendly people. The staff that I interacted with were great, knowledgeable and obviously bike people.
Staff are super helpful and patient, and the store are well stocked with parts and accessories. :)
