Decided to shop local. Ok Canada instead of Amazon. Shipping was high that put it more expensive then Amazon by more then 5 bucks.
Was shipped fast and took a few days to cross a few provinces but is what I'm looking for.

Shipping options is limited. Canada Post Expedited Parcel is the only choice, it's expensive and not really faster for today's standard.

To date I have not received my order or any information about my order. I can't really rate Sweet Pete's or the service as there really has not been any yet.
With covid and curbside pick up I need usable info for online shopping and your website works well. The store's reception area has been setup really well: automatic door remains closed until the client is properly masked and there is ample room to walk in with a bike
So far everything is perfect. Just waiting for product to arrive. If product is correct and good then a perfect 10 is coming your way!
shipping options a bit slow. perhaps offer a courier option or put a courier contract with one of main freight forward companies. I am sure you could lock up a good deal, just get quotes from 4-5 companies. Basically everyone will be ordering online going forward. The only reason I bought pants from Sweet Pete's is you are the only place that had inventory. I even paid extra to shock pump shipped earlier from anther company because Canada post is overwhelmed.
I live in Vancouver and bike season is year round. And it is super wet. Pants are sold out every where! You have a big bike audience in BC. I don't really care where I buy my gear from, as long as I don't have to go to a store. I think most people in Covid times are like minded. Rather spend time on the trails:) Better for your health and safety
