Only commenting on e-commerce here…product said 5 to 7 days to ship. Took 12 days, and in the interim there were no updates all with information. When it did ship, the order went to “Completed” which is confusing, because I still don’t have my product, No email address or phone number was provided on my order to inquire. When the product did ship, I received no notification or tracking number. I finally found the tracking number on the “view order” links. On the upside: the product arrived the next day (which is probably a bit of a coincidence of geography.) I also liked the fact that you reused other packing to ship instead of virgin boxes!

The young fellow working the front was very dismissive and not helpful at all. We picked up a new bike and he essentially handed it to us and walked a way. I asked if the fit was right and he just told us he rode the same size. Did not review anything about the bike with my wife for whom it was for until I asked. I understand the current environment but the treatment from him was unacceptable. I purchased a bike this year at a different store and was treated 100% as a valued customer even though I was new to their store. Really disappointed.

1. Difficulties to schedule an appointment (a website would be better instead several emails going back and forth)
2. Length of repair was >3 weeks (would have expected the service department has all common tools to maintain the breaks)
3. Price was too high (the cost were almost 70% of what I paid for the bike 10 years ago)
It took 2 weeks to get an appointment, and then was told it was going to be $400 to repair. I went elsewhere to a local shop who quoted me $170. I wasn’t given any other options and the guy who called me was not helpful or friendly. Not overly impressed and will therefore recommend other bike shops that are just as busy, but are able to look at bikes sooner and also quote a substantially less price.

Knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and dependable service! I scheduled to bring in a child's bike a friend had outgrown, and Sweet Pete's was able to repair a broken handbrake and get the bike in good working order by the next day. They didn't even charge for some extra needed repairs. Very much appreciated to great service!
Sweet Pete's Bike Shop carries top of the line products. I recently bought an ebike and am absolutely delighted with the product. More importantly, the service I received was nothing short of amazing. Brent was very knowledgable on everything bike related. I appreciated the honesty and transparency about my purchase, I never felt pressured into buying it rather guided into making a smart purchase. All the employees were friendly and helped me out with any questions I have. Feels good to support a local business, especially one that operates in such a great way!
