I was only in the market for tires, but you had the best selection/most options of all the local shops I looked at.
It would be great to have Sunday hours! But it's a nice bike shop, no complaints.

Staff gives very one on one service….the kind of place that if it wasn’t Covid you’d hang out and have a coffee and chat. I would recommend a distinction on your site for “in stock in warehouse” and “in stock in store”, if possible. I wanted to make a same day purchase and it was frustrating finding a helmet that wouldn’t take 5-7 days for delivery.
To hard of a process in trying to buy a bike and have someone else pick it up for you when your name is on the credit card that bought it. After offering copy's my ID and other person information. There its not military or veterian friendly since we are often not always new the locations that our family is.
Mitch is fantastic and so helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend sweet Pete’s to anybody. Thanks Mitch for the fantastic service.

Replaced a wheel with one that didn’t take the thief screws I had originally had without consulting me. Furthermore, there was an overall lack of good communication throughout. The calls consisted of me being told what was wrong rather than presented with options and the potential ramifications (which I now just need to deal with after the fact).
