James was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me. I was amazed that the bike was outfitted with accessories within 24 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend the shop and will definitely come back for any adjustments needed on my Trek bike

Very helpful/knowledgeable/friendly staff. Clearly super busy at the stores when I was there. but they took the time to walk me through my options.
Only downside is that the service techs were too busy to install the rack on my new bike and said it would be weeks to do it. But I completely understand it's a busy time.

Service is excellent. Store is extremely well organized (eg. all clothes are accurately marked by size, womens and mens gear is separated) and well selected.

I was looking for a very specific part that I imagined would be VERY difficult to find... (a front derailleur hanger for quite an old frame). Lo and behold... you actually had the part. I was extremely pleased, and it meant that I didn't have to search high and low, and more importantly, it meant that I was able to go for a ride immediately!

Very fast service with a full explanation of labour costs, helpful advice, and convenient alerts when my bike was ready.
Straight up honesty. I brought in my steel frame bike with an alloy seat post nicely frozen solid. The called me back one day later and said that that they couldn't deal with it and referred me to a shop which can fix it if anyone can. No one could find this other place without help!

Fast service when you book an appointment, flexible with pick up time for my bike after being tuned up. I had a great experience troubleshooting an issue with a part that needed to be replaced with one of your employees (Lily) - she was responsive, thoroughly researched with Kona whether the part could be obtained and then offered a reasonable alternative when the part wasn't able to be sent to the shop. I really appreciated her professionalism and her kindness.
