I took my bike in for a check up. Brought it home & the chain was rubbing against something making a noise & not suitable for riding. When I brought it back in & told one gentleman (not John) about the issue, he didn’t seem to care, no apology for my trouble. He tried to excuse the noise. Then took a look at it & realized there was a problem.

The guys that came to the house were top shelf! They were so knowledgeable and careful not to scratch walls etc. One of the men was the serviceman so I knew he could take the machine apart and put it back together properly. They represent your company well.

Amazing service and my bike feels great!
It took 3 weeks to get routine maintenance completed after I dropped off my bicycle. I was told that the shop wouldn't be able to get to it for 4 days, which I considered acceptable. 21 days is not. If the shop is backed up for more than a week, the customer should be informed either at the time they request service or by phone or text as soon as the shop realizes that there will be a delay.
Informative, personal, low pressure, knowledgeable sales. Highest quality products in stock. Haven’t experienced delivery, service or repair, but my hopes are high.
