Products are top of the line. They have plenty of products on the showroom floor to try out but if you don't see it, they can order it for you. the service is superb. Sales persons are knowledgeable and friendly.

My wife's bike had been in storage for the past 2 years. When we got it out it had some gear shift issues. I took the bike to Scheller's to have it serviced/repaired and was expecting to leave the bike there. The technician, EVAN S. told me about the issues and said if I did not mind waiting, he would make the repairs as I waited. I was thrilled with this service and can't thank them enough. I took the bike back home and my wife was also very thankful. GREAT SERVICE!!! It is hard to find service like this anymore.

Very good service. Up front on the pricing and I was given a generous amount of time to pick up my repaired bike.
I paid $90 to have my bike gone over and adjusted, gears, brakes and handle bars. I was skeptical about the cost, but was assured my bike would in excellent working order. I picked it up got it home and noticed the reflector on the front handle bar was facing up and loose. I rode the bike and the chain still clattered as before I took the bike in, and shifting was sloppy as I had mentioned when I took the bike in. I'm disappointed that I spent 90 bucs and didn't receive a thorough job. I called in only to be told the person who worked on my bike was off as well as the manager. I was told to bring the bike back. I'm busy like everyone else, time is valuable. What is Schellers going to do to for my trouble if I bring the bike back?
