I was told service would be complete in a few days and they’d give me a call. 1 1/2 weeks later I called and the bicycle service was not complete. At 3 weeks I wen to pick up the bike completed or not.

I liked how the associate took his time and explained to me everything that he was going to do to service the bike. This was a bike that had been given to our son but hadn't been put together properly. The associate was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and explained it to me in layman's terms. As well he was upfront with the estimated price. After servicing the bike it's just like new!! We love it! We had a great experience, the price was reasonable and everyone there was very helpful, kind, and professional. Icing on the cake was my husband had weight restrictions from a pulled muscle and so the associate put the bike in the trunk for him when he picked it up! I definitely recommend this establishment!

She test-rode a few bikes as Jason found us the right size (my primary concern) and the right color (her primary concern). Thank you for the wonderful service!
