Every time I have stepped foot into Scheller's, I have experienced the best customer service with a smile. Chris, Keith and the Manager have always been so helpful, they listen to my needs and work on a plan of action. Thier knowledge of the different bikes is suburb even down to my safety when riding. I recently exchanged my bike for another, and they helped me pick out the perfect bike. I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend their services to all. Kudos to Scheller's!

I took flat tire on the rim in to get a repair and expected it to take days or a week.
The gentleman put the rim on the bench took the tube out found hole, he then checked the tire for a nail or thorn did not find one then replaced the tube, pumped up and handed it back in less than 5 minutes. FANTASTIC service! As I was walking out and admiring a new Trek electric bike he popped out and discussed this newly released bike and gave me a quick update on the new features.
I do live in the neighborhood but this service and attention was impressive.

I am new to town and just dropped in at Scheller’s looking for three bikes for my teenage daughters. We are new to cycling and I want something better than WalMart, but not over the top. I received a great deal on three used bikes that I am confident will serve my family’s needs for now.

Service was great. Most of my friends, however, likely could not afford one of your bikes. I was not disappointed at all -- just suspect that few if any of the people I know would be in the market for your bikes.
Very friendly and efficient staff and service. They fixed my sons tire and also oiled up the chains to make sure it rode smoothly. I would definitely recommend and will be back if I need any work done to our bicycles.
