The service was great. The work on my bike turned out perfectly. I had great advice from the service attendant. I felt the charges were very reasonable. Overall I was exceedingly satisfied with the work performed on my bike. I had new handlebars added to my gravel bike. It Necessitated longer brake lines, and the service team called to make sure I was okay with that. I also had larger tires installed set up tubeless. Everything turned out perfect. I definitely would bring my bike back for more service, as I was very satisfied.

I’ve bought two Trek FX hybrid sport bikes from Phat Tire Fayetteville and have been happy with the bikes. I have the bikes serviced at Phat Tire. The technicians always do a great job and the services are always finished within the timeframe given at the beginning of the project. The staff are friendly and professional. 10/10

I am an avid cyclist who has ridden across the U.S. several times, as well as various other places around the world. My bicycle and gear were stolen in Tulsa while en-route from Santa Monica to Chicago following Route 66. Alex Jones and others at Phat Tire went out of their way in helping me with a plan to get back on the road with a new bike and new gear. I ended up returning home considering the time it would have taken to replace all the gear that I had (much of which required special ordering). But I won't forget the empathy Alex showed towards me in this very distressing situation, and the character he and others at Phat Tire showed in their efforts to get me back on the road again. I will make sure to stop in at Phat Tire and say hi when I resume my trip.
