I am an avid cyclist who has ridden across the U.S. several times, as well as various other places around the world. My bicycle and gear were stolen in Tulsa while en-route from Santa Monica to Chicago following Route 66. Alex Jones and others at Phat Tire went out of their way in helping me with a plan to get back on the road with a new bike and new gear. I ended up returning home considering the time it would have taken to replace all the gear that I had (much of which required special ordering). But I won't forget the empathy Alex showed towards me in this very distressing situation, and the character he and others at Phat Tire showed in their efforts to get me back on the road again. I will make sure to stop in at Phat Tire and say hi when I resume my trip.

The service I get down at Bella Vista location is superb. Whether I buy or am just looking it’s always outstanding. I mean actual bike service and sales service. The long haired salesman usually helps me and he is really outstanding whether I buy or not. He always seems genuinely ready to help and offer advice. I feel real comfortable going in there for questions and parts.

Great selection and availability of needed products and parts. Adam is a fantastic ambassador for your brand. On my most recent visit, I asked to buy a 5 NM torque wrench. He didn't have one to sell me, but let me take the shop's torque wrench home to finish my repair. That was super helpful and is an example of going above and beyond customers' expectations.
