My bike broke while riding at Turkey Mountain. I’m not a local guy so I looked up the closest bike shop. The service department was really helpful and got me fixed up. My bike is not a brand they sell, but they had no issues working on it and helping me out.

There are always good sales on parts and accessories. I recently purchased Bontrager helmets and Shimano pedals all on clearance. The staff is always pointing out the sale items and is super helpful. If I can't perform maintenance myself the staff at Broken Arrow Phat Tire is the first place I go. And finally, my most recent bike purchase was from Phat Tire and they bent over backwards to make sure that everything was taken care of and that I was pleased with my purchase.

I brought my bike in for a new dropper post. The service department was excellent and very professional unfortunately they didn’t have the right size in stock, but they gave me all the specifications for the one I needed. I was in from out of town so I didn’t have time to stay and have the bike shop order it , very thankful.
Just purchased a gift certificate but the experience was great. The store was clean, nicely merchandised, clean and the interaction with staff was very positive.

Trek & Bontrager products are premium and these guys always have what I'm looking for or they can find it at another shop.

I took in a tire for repair and they took care of it on the spot. I was n and out withing 20 minutes. Great service.
The staff are always attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I am a huge Trek fan and like the gear the store has in hand as well. The store is also located in a great community.
Everyone working here is so friendly! They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. There’s a great selection of bikes and helmets to choose from, and they are genuinely happy to answer any question you can think of. I especially loved being able to test ride the bike I was thinking of buying. Shout out to Davis for being awesome and helping me find the perfect bicycle. I’ll definitely be back for all my bike needs!
