Phat tire bike shop in Okc is great. Kevin, Perry, Dustin and all staff (forgot the other guys names) are friendly and helpful. I always feel welcome and taken care of when I visit the bike shop.

Expert advice and the best service anywhere. We spent a week riding in Bentonville with many issues that they literally just took care of when we brought in our latest broken bike. 10 minute cassette swap, 20 minute wheel and tire changes, etc. just the best and had us back riding right away.

Came in needing a solution to a bent crank arm on an E-bike. Got a new set taken off another bike at a reasonable price and the tool I needed to install them. They worked great, better quality than the originals.
These guys have helped us get bikes back on the road in a pinch many times.

Mark was very knowledgeable, courteous, took time to learn what I needed and made great recommendations. I went in to trade in a bike to get another one that I thought would best suit my needs, instead he directed me to a Trek FX 7S that I hadn't thought about but was perfect for my needs so I bought that, and he also had thoughts about the bike I was going to trade in - to make it better for me, he found some solutions and got them on the bike, which also made it more comfortable for me, so now I have a mid range and long range bike to suit my needs. If it was up to me, I would have only ended up with one bike that I was going to like but not love, but I ended up with two bikes that I love thanks to Mark.

I came in to buy a wrench to remove bike pedals. Not only were they able to tell me which size I needed, one of the guys gave me tips and made sure I knew which way to turn for the different pedals.
Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to needing parts and service for my bike. Will be using this location for all my future bicycle needs.

I came in to find out more about E bikes and potentially buy one. The employee that helped me and my husband was amazing! He was able to let me test ride one and really paid attention to what I was looking for and if the bike was right for me. He also helped me pick out a great helmet and accessories for my new bike. We will be back for another purchase soon!!

Had a tire issue that I noticed while riding to the Bentonville Square at an August Saturday Noon.
I pushed my bike to Phat Tire on A Street expecting to hear either a “No can do!” or “It’ll be 3-4 hours before we can get to you.”
But not at Phat Tire! The guys in the back got right on my problem snd 30 minutes later I was back in the ‘saddle’.
Now that’s cusp service!
Dean was super helpful in helping me find the right ebike for my daily commute. He took the time to show me how everything works and let me try out a few bikes in the parking lot before I made my decision. I really appreciated his patience and guidance!
The staff was very nice and helpful from just entering the building. I had a few questions the answered them quickly, asked me if they could look at my bike. They got in on the rack and proceeded o help me out. My ebike was fixed with minimum expense and running tip top again. Thanks Ryker the tech. and Adam for the friendly service and conversation.
Being a Diva, I have visited other bike shops that sponsor the Divas - partly to show my appreciation for their sponsorship and because I assumed I'd get better service. However, after several other shop visits, I decided to just come back to Phat Tire and I'm so glad I did.
I realize you're not a Diva sponsor, but you guys are professional and prompt and not the least bit condescending to a woman coming into your shop and you "know" my bike. I'm gonna stick to Phat Tire from now on. But I do wish you'd consider sponsoring the Divas - we're an awesome, diverse bike club. And we talk to each other (and other riders) about bike shops.
