I love Springdale Phatt Tire. I have used them for several years and have never had a bad experience. I leave the store thinking about how they greet you with a smile and are genuinely happy to see you. I am a pleasure rider and they do not make me feel inferior or that I should know certain things about my bike that more avid riders know. Everyone that works there is so kind and helpful and it's hard to call out just one but recently Andrew helped me and he is just the best. They don't try to over sell and I feel they only recommend the services needed. I highly recommend Phatt Tire Springdale - you will enjoy your experience there whether it be for repair, buying a new bike, or looking for apparel. You don't get this service just anywhere so go by there and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Well, my wife & over the years, have shopped other reputable Bike shops, yet we have purchased four wonderful Treks Bicycles from Phat Tire. The techs are very helpful & knowledgeable, as well, they ride! Just yesterday I had stripped a metric bolt on the seat collar where I could not loosen for installing the seat. Mark worked on it for some fifteen minutes and fixed the issue. I learned that I was not using a Metric Allen wrench. He said no charge, yet I graciously added to their tip jar. Phat tire is just our choice for all things bikes…

I was so impressed with how professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and flexible the team at Phat Tire was. I brought them a project that, to me, seemed complicated and they were able to handle it with ease. I gave them my wants and budget they were able to send me a quote within hours, then were willing to shift gears and make changes as my budget changed. I was able to hop on my bike and take off, and it felt brand new!! I’m so excited to take on the road ahead with my new setup and I’m confident that I’ve made a new relationship that will keep me racing for a long time!
When I walk in the shop feels cozy and comfortable with a big window and sometimes Brady the dog is there to play with.
There's been a mix-up with a small part ordered from an Ebay seller and i know the Phat Tire boys will take care of my bike.
Josh did a great job of getting to know me and what i was looking for in a bike. He didn't pressure me, but listened, and he ordered the bike i was interested in even though i had not asked him to our committed to the purchase. When i came back to ask him to order, he said "is on the way." Great young man. Knows his stuff. A pleasure to do business with. Shane put the bike together while I watched, explained things while he assembled. And answered any questions. All-in-all the experience was great and I'm happy to find my new bike shop. As a novice, Mark took the time to show and explain all of the products initially needed, which I purchased that day at Phat Tire Fayetteville Ar as well as products for the future. Mark also showed me the map of all of the bike trails and where to obtain one.
