Brought two bikes in that needed real service. Didn’t have time to get it done before my trip to Bentonville. Had both bikes done in a couple of hours. Very happy with the interaction and the overall service. Bikes were dialed and I was able to enjoy 5 days of riding instead of the 3 I was thinking with needing to get the bikes fixed.
