The staff were great! Knowledgeable and informative. Worked with my budget without trying to push me into something twice as expensive ( I've had that experience at several shops). I choose Phat Tire in Edmond because of how open and inviting the shop is. They were quick to get my bike built.

Perry did an excellent job on the Level 2 service for my 2020 Trek Verve+ 2 ebike. Turnaround was phenomenal. Not only does it look brand-new, it rides brand neW! Thanks Perry, Kevin and Phat Tire OKC
