I had contacted another bike shop regarding repairs to an electric bike but was told that because they did not sell it, they would not repair it, despite the fact they had previously worked on it. Phat Tire was not only willing but had the repairs done within 24 hours. We are grateful for their expertise and professionalism.

Excellent hybrid bikes in A-1 condition; comfortable saddle, brakes, shifting all fine-tuned Tires fully inflated. Repair kit is a big plus. Staff courteous and efficient. Store location just a short walk from downtown Tulsa hotel. Can’t wait to get back again.

Not only did they assist in choosing the right truck Bike Pad, but they even helped me install it in the pouring rain.
HUGE kuddos to the person who helped me.
My only caveat is that I wished they had more options on the bike pad, however I understand inventory has to be kept trim for a successful business to run effectively. Either way, I got what I needed, and I'm super happy with my experience.

Very knowledgeable and took their time to listen to my needs in a bike. The staff asked me questions so they could recommend the best fit for me. After the conversation we had they narrowed it down to two different bikes. I was able to take both for a test ride. They went over every difference between the two which allowed me to make the best decision. It was a great experience having the staff take their time and have zero pressure. I already have it planned to get the rest of the families bike from Phat Tire.
I like the employees. I dislike Trek and the move to motorcycles (ebikes).
Andrew was great helping me get some things done on my bike to go ride again today in the rain and rode a century because I was so happy my bike was performing better. That ones for you Andrew.
