Corban at the edmond store was super helpful and knowledgeable about my bike. After he fixed and adjusted what I had come in for he showed me some other things he noticed and explained a bit about my components I didn't even know.

Joey at the service counter was very friendly, and when I expressed interest in learning what he was doing as he changed the tube and tire on my bike, he took the time to talk through each step. It was 20 minutes of helpful demonstration and great value for the money spent!
