I truly cannot remember the last time I received this level of professionalism and customer support. From the moment we walked in we had complete attention and assistance from the very knowledgeable staff. We were allowed to test multiple bikes on the off road trail system literally out their back door, passing by their in-store Java hut. Seth(store owner) was absolutely awesome and even threw down full tire/tape replacement on my mountain bike at a moments notice and ended up partially detailing the bike and truing the rim because it was there. Super easy-going crew, great store layout and location with an insane number of incredibly challenging mtb trails right out the door! There really is no other place to go in the this mountain bike mecca in Bentonville (or really anywhere else imo)!

I brought in a wheel and tire (tubeless) that I had fixed but couldn’t get it to hold more than 20psi or seat the bead properly. Long story short, I needed a new tire. Seth installed a new tire and rim strip and sealant while I waited. I was back riding again right away. Really appreciate the prompt and friendly service! Nice shop.

Loved the customer service as I entered as we were greeted by the manager and showed everything that was on sale and if we had a question to make sure that we get their attention.
Ben was incredibly helpful getting my new bike set up. He explained things in a way a new rider could understand, and helped set up all the extras on my bike.

Super responsive service team
These guys get it! Every individual was focused on supporting the community and biking enthusiast in their area and those that come to visit. They are hands down the best place to go if your new to the scene. They saved my butt when I forgot my ebike charger and let me charge our families bikes while we went out for a lunch break. Cant say enough good things about the people who work at the 2 Bentonville locations. They have a great selection of products too!
You did a great job assembling and turning up a new electric mountain bike I was giving my son for his birthday. He loves the bike.

Employee checking me out asked where we were from. I told him Texas . He said Bella vista was a quiet community and didn’t need any drama and if I wanted to party or anything that I needed to go to move to bentonville for that??? What the heck???
I’m never been talked to like this before from a bike store or any employee anywhere?? Did my flat bill hat mislead you? Was it my 110k BMW X7 M? I’m not sure but I went to another bike store and purchased three new bikes elsewhere
I have done lots of business with phat tire in fort smith and they were always super nice and helpful and never once talked down to me.
I was simply coming in to buy some extra tubes for my son’s bike and didn’t need a speech on how I should act in Bella vista.
