You guys were awesome and johnny on the spot with my bike situation. I came in with two broken spokes and the derailleur was toast as well, which was a problem because we had just a few hours in the Bentonville area before heading to Mt Nebo later that evening. The store had a great stock of supplies and just being able to get me fixed within two hours was amazing. We had a great ride there and you saved our Mt Nebo plans for the next day.

Great communication regarding a wheel set I bought online. One transferred in from another store, and I was notified when both were ready to go. Service was able to squeeze me in to swap over the cassette, rotors and tires, making it a very painless experience.
